Billing questions
What counts as a report?
One submission from the reporter dialog. Identical reports are grouped into one issue in your inbox, but each submission counts toward the month.
What happens when I go over?
Paid plans keep accepting every report and nothing is dropped. On Free, reports past 300 in a calendar month are turned away until the next month starts.
Do teammates cost extra?
No. Invite as many people as you like on every plan, including Free.
How long are reports kept?
For your plan’s retention window, then the report and its screenshot are deleted automatically. You can delete anything sooner from the dashboard.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page, at any time. Your account returns to the Free plan.
